Founded in Hong Kong in 1997, the company established a factory in Humen, Dongguan, in 2003. In 2009, it was incorporated as Dongguan Zhishang Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., and in 2019, it was renamed Dongguan Zhishang Technology Co., Ltd. For more than two decades, the company has focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of printing equipment. Our main products include sublimation roller transfer printing machines, sublimation ribbon printing machines, sublimation zipper printing machines, embroidery calenders, laminators, hot stamping machines, and Heat Press Machines, among others, which are widely used in the apparel and textile, ribbon and elastic, gift and craft, and household goods industries.
Through years of experience, the company has established a comprehensive manufacturing system spanning R&D and design, precision machining, and production testing. The independently developed ZS series of equipment includes sublimation roller transfer printers, sublimation ribbon printers, sublimation zipper printers, digital printers, and related equipment. These products are now exported to 83 countries and regions, including Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America, and serve the markets in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

The equipment comes with a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process—from on-site installation and commissioning to operator training and spare parts supply—and typically respond to service requests on the same day.
One-year warranty on the entire unit
Each unit undergoes item-by-item inspection before leaving the factory; free repairs for non-human-caused damage are provided during the warranty period, and any core components requiring replacement will be handled according to the manufacturer’s standards.
Lifetime Maintenance Service
We provide long-term maintenance and technical assistance after equipment delivery; service will not be interrupted even after the warranty period expires, ensuring the machine remains in a maintainable condition at all times.
Same-Day Response to Service Requests
Upon receiving a service request, we typically dispatch a technician on the same day. Issues that can be resolved remotely are addressed immediately to minimize downtime losses.
On-site Installation and Training
We provide on-site installation and commissioning along with accompanying operating manuals; for issues that cannot be resolved on-site or remotely, we arrange specialized training until operators are fully proficient.
