Operating and Safety Instructions

The equipment uses a heated plate for heat pressing. The heating plate reaches high temperatures during operation; avoid direct contact with the heating surface during operation and cleaning. Ensure the temperature is within a safe range before placing or removing materials.Since the equipment features pneumatic or electric pressing mechanisms, never place your hands between the heating plate and the base during operation. Before adjusting pressure, replacing heating elements, or servicing transmission components, the machine must be shut down and the pressure released. The equipment must be properly grounded; keep the power cord away from heating components, and keep the control cabinet dry and clean.Routine inspections should be conducted in accordance with the manual to check the heating elements, temperature control display, pneumatic or electric mechanisms, and the emergency stop button. If abnormal temperatures, air leaks, or unusual noises are detected, shut down the machine immediately for maintenance.
