Operating and Safety Instructions

The equipment uses a heat transfer oil drum for heating. The drum, heating elements, and oil lines reach high temperatures during operation. Protective gloves must be worn during operation and cleaning; direct contact with the drum and oil line components is strictly prohibited.Before loading, unloading, replacing the felt, or adjusting the web width, the equipment must be shut down and you must confirm that the drum has come to a complete stop and that the temperature is within a safe range. Pneumatic clamping mechanisms are present; do not reach between the drum and the pressure roller during operation. Release the air pressure before adjusting it.The equipment has a power rating of 24 kW / 45 kW and must be reliably grounded and wired by a qualified electrician; if an overtemperature alarm is triggered, immediately shut down the machine to inspect the temperature control system and resume production only after the issue has been resolved.Routine inspections should be conducted in accordance with the manual to check the heat transfer oil level, air line seals, the copper brush conductive ring, and the condition of the felt.
