Shipments to Mexico, Hubei, and Shenzhen: Delivery Record of Three Batches of Sublimation Drum Transfer Machines and Matching Consumables

We have recently completed three consecutive shipments: one to Mexico, consisting of a complete sublimation roller transfer printing line and accompanying consumables; one to Hubei, consisting of a sublimation roller printing machine and a fabric feeder; and another exported from Shenzhen.We are documenting the equipment configurations, packaging methods, and pre-shipment inspection procedures here to serve as a reference for customers planning similar production lines.
At the clients’ request, this article does not disclose client names or specific order quantities; the machine models mentioned herein are subject to actual configurations.
I. Mexico: Full Container Load Shipment of Roller Transfer Machines, Fabric Feeders, and Consumables
This shipment included the main unit of a sublimation roller Transfer Machine, a fabric feeder, as well as matching sublimation ink, sublimation transfer paper, and DTF DTF Film.The equipment and consumables were shipped in the same container, allowing the customer to proceed directly to installation, commissioning, and trial production upon receipt, without the need to separately source and test-fit consumables from other suppliers.

The fabric feeders and main units were packed in wooden crates, secured on pallets, and loaded into the container.
The
sublimation ink, transfer paper, and DTF DTF Film are sorted by specification, packed into boxes, and loaded into the container.
Both the main unit and the fabric feeder are packed in wooden crates, with pallets placed at the bottom and secured with strapping on the outside; consumables are sorted into boxes by type—ink, transfer paper, and DTF film—with each box labeled with its specifications and box number to facilitate inventory verification upon arrival at the port.
II. Hubei: Roller Printing Machines and Fabric Feeders
This shipment from Hubei consists primarily of sublimation rotary printing machines, shipped together with matching fabric feeders. After loading onto the truck, the equipment was completely covered with a tarp and secured with straps to protect it from rain and vibrations during long-distance transport. Upon arrival at the destination, installation, commissioning, and operator training were completed according to standard procedures.

Hubei Order: Sublimation rotary screen printing machines and fabric feeders loaded and shipped.
III. Shenzhen: Loading of Export Orders
This shipment was arranged by the freight forwarder designated by the customer and exported from Shenzhen; the specific destination country was determined based on the customer’s customs clearance arrangements. The equipment was first wrapped entirely in stretch film, then reinforced with wooden crates or pallets, and finally loaded into shipping containers using a forklift.

Shenzhen Export Order: Equipment wrapped in stretch film and loaded onto the truck by a forklift.
IV. Pre-shipment Inspections We Conduct
- Power-on Test: Check heating, temperature uniformity, fabric feed, and tension control;
- Inventory of Accessories and Spare Parts: Verify each item against the packing list;
- Packaging and Reinforcement: Wooden crates, pallets, strapping bands, and moisture-proof treatment;
- Documentation and Markings: Packing lists, equipment lists, and container number markings are shipped with the goods.
V. Why We Recommend Purchasing Equipment and Consumables Together
The final results of a drum Transfer Machine depend on the compatibility between the equipment, ink, and transfer materials. Ink viscosity, the coating on the transfer paper, and the peel characteristics of the DTF film all affect color and texture. Configuring equipment and consumables from the same batch reduces the cost of repeated trial-and-error for customers and allows for better coordination of delivery schedules.
For compatible equipment and consumables within the same series, please refer to:Dye-Sublimation Roller Transfer Machines, Dye-Sublimation Inks, Dye-Sublimation Transfer Paper, andDTF Transfer Films;For export packaging and delivery procedures, please refer tothe guide on export delivery of printing equipment. For more project examples, seeour case studies on continuous heat transfer production lines and home textile fabric roller transfer.
If you are also planning a dye-sublimation roller transfer production line, please send us the fabric type, width, and production capacity targets, and we will provide recommendations on equipment configuration and consumable combinations.
