Operating and Safety Instructions

The equipment uses heat transfer oil drums for heating; the drums, heating elements, and oil lines reach high temperatures during operation. Protective gloves must be worn during operation and cleaning; direct contact with the drums and oil line components is strictly prohibited.Before loading, unloading, replacing the felt, or adjusting the web width, the equipment must be shut down and it must be confirmed that the drum has come to a complete stop and the temperature is within a safe range. Pneumatic pressure-application components involve clamping actions; under no circumstances should hands be inserted between the drum and the pressure roller during operation. Depressurize the system before adjusting air pressure or performing maintenance on the air lines.The equipment must be reliably grounded and wired by a qualified electrician; the electrical cabinet must be kept dry and clean. Routinely check the heat transfer oil level, blanket tension, and air shafts as specified in the manual; if oil leakage, unusual noises, or abnormal temperature fluctuations are detected, shut down the machine immediately for inspection and repair.
