• Single-layer roller:The roller is made of seamless steel pipe with precision-machined inner and outer diameters. The outer diameter is precision-ground and coated with Teflon, ensuring uniform heat distribution and color-accurate transfer.
• High-Density Felt:Made from imported DuPont raw materials, the felt has moderate thickness, delivers excellent transfer results, is wear-resistant, and has a long service life.
• Copper Brush Conductive Ring:Precision temperature control using precious metals; copper-carbon brushes provide direct electrical contact with the slip rings, ensuring excellent conductivity and low maintenance costs.
• Aluminum Alloy Air Shafts:Two air shafts are used separately for feeding and receiving transfer paper. These air shafts enable tighter and more efficient winding, reducing labor requirements.
• Pneumatic Pressing System:The pressure roller applies pressure to the transfer blanket; left and right pressures can be adjusted independently for different products, resulting in more vibrant transfer colors and faster production speeds.
• Imported Heating Tubes:Utilizes imported Taiwanese stainless steel heating tubes to directly heat the oil layer via heat transfer oil, reaching 200°C in approximately 45 minutes.

Operating and Safety Instructions

The equipment uses a heat transfer oil drum for heating; the drum, heating elements, and oil lines reach high temperatures during operation. Protective gloves must be worn during operation and cleaning; direct contact with the drum and oil line components is strictly prohibited.Before loading, unloading, replacing the felt, or adjusting the fabric width, the equipment must be shut down, and you must confirm that the drum has come to a complete stop and the temperature is within a safe range. Pneumatic pressure-applied components involve pinching hazards; under no circumstances should you reach between the drum and the pressure rollers during operation. Always relieve pressure before adjusting air pressure or servicing the pneumatic system.The equipment must be reliably grounded and wired by a qualified electrician; the electrical cabinet must be kept dry and clean. Routinely check the heat transfer oil level, blanket tension, and air shafts as specified in the manual; if oil leakage, unusual noises, or abnormal temperature fluctuations are detected, shut down the machine immediately for inspection and repair.
