Laser Marking Machine
Designing Equipment to Meet Actual Production Goals
The Automatic Laser Marking Machine features a three-axis (XYZ) dynamic engraving structure, equipped with a 600 × 600 mm worktable, a red light focusing system, and an integrated control cabinet. It is designed for marking and engraving on leather, handicrafts, and packaging materials. The equipment operates at a laser wavelength of 1064 nm, with a marking accuracy of 0.01 mm and a marking speed ranging from 0 to 10,000 mm/s. Laser power options range from 30 to 300 W,with the total system power not exceeding 1,000 W or 1,500 W. It utilizes water cooling, operates on a 220 V / 110 V, 50/60 Hz power supply, and supports graphic formats such as DWG, DXF, AI, and CDR. Customization for non-standard specifications is also available upon request.
Equipment Advantages
- XYZ Three-Axis Dynamic Marking:The marking method utilizes dynamic movement along the X, Y, and Z axes, allowing the marking head to move in three dimensions to accommodate the marking process. This is suitable for continuous graphics, large-format layouts, and batch marking tasks. Compared to fixed, static marking, it is better suited for processing needs involving larger formats and continuous patterns.
- Marking Speed 0–10,000 mm/s:Marking speeds reach up to 10,000 mm/s, making it suitable for batch production and tasks involving complex graphics. This reduces the cycle time per unit while ensuring high-quality marking results, thereby increasing output per unit of time.
- Marking Accuracy: 0.01 mm: Marking accuracy reaches 0.01 mm, making it suitable for marking content with high precision requirements—such as characters, codes, fine-line patterns, and QR codes—and helping to ensure consistent marking across batch production.
- Red Focus Indicator:Features a red light focus indicator that allows for intuitive visualization of the marking position while adjusting the focal length and positioning the workpiece. This reduces focusing time and the number of test marks, facilitating quick changeovers after workpiece replacement.
- 600 × 600 mm Worktable:With a working area of 600 × 600 mm, it can accommodate larger workpieces or multi-station layouts. Equipped with four casters and adjustable leveling feet, it facilitates repositioning and leveling within the workshop.
- Optional Laser Power: 30–300 W:Laser power is available in a range of 30–300 W, allowing for a suitable configuration based on material type, marking or engraving depth requirements, and processing cycle time.
- Water-cooled, suitable for long-term continuous operation:The entire machine utilizes a water-cooling system, providing strong heat dissipation and making it suitable for extended continuous marking operations; the operating environment must be dry, clean, and well-ventilated.
- Supports Multiple File Formats and Custom Solutions:Supports formats such as DWG, DXF, AI, CDR, PLT, BMP, JPG, TIFF, and GIF, facilitating integration with existing layout and design files; custom solutions beyond the standard configuration are also available.
Applicable Industries and Application Scenarios
This machine is widely used for leather cutting and marking, as well as for engraving text and patterns on crafts such as stoneware, decorative items, acrylic surfaces, bamboo products, and wood products; it can also be used for marking on packaging materials such as paper, cardboard boxes, and cigarette packs. The combination of XYZ three-axis dynamic engraving and high-speed marking at 0–10,000 mm/s is suitable for processing scenarios involving large batches, continuous patterns, or those with specific cycle time requirements for individual pieces; For workpieces requiring a certain engraving depth or large-format layout, configurations can be selected by combining a 600×600 mm worktable with a power range of 30–300 W. Before mass production, it is recommended to perform a test run using the actual material to verify the engraving depth, color contrast, and edge finish.

Operating and Safety Instructions
Laser marking equipment emits intense laser beams during operation. Under no circumstances should hands or any part of the body be placed within the marking area beneath the marking head while the equipment is running. Always ensure that the protective shield, red light indicator, and emergency stop button are functioning properly, and wear laser safety goggles appropriate for the wavelength of the laser being used.During XYZ three-axis dynamic engraving, the marking head moves continuously; operators must not reach into the range of motion while the machine is running. Stop the program and interrupt the laser beam before replacing workpieces or adjusting fixtures.Ensure in advance that the marking material is compatible with the laser type to prevent the generation of harmful gases or equipment damage when processing materials containing chlorine, fluorine, or similar substances. Since smoke and odors are generated during processing, maintain a dry, clean, and well-ventilated work environment. The water-cooling system should be inspected regularly for water temperature, water level, and pipe seals to prevent insufficient cooling, which can lead to laser power attenuation or component damage; the equipment must be reliably grounded, and workshops with significant voltage fluctuations are advised to install a voltage stabilizer. After changing workpieces, fixtures, or marking files, perform a test run on a sample part to verify the focal length, power, and speed parameters before proceeding to mass production; clean the lenses and worktable daily as specified in the manual, and have the optical path maintained by qualified personnel.
Selection Recommendations
When selecting a model, first confirm the workpiece material, maximum dimensions, and marking content to determine whether the worktable size and marking method meet the requirements: For applications with large work areas, continuous patterns, or high-volume production, choose an XYZ three-axis dynamic marking configuration to leverage marking speeds ranging from 0 to 10,000 mm/s;For applications primarily involving small, individual parts where the workpiece remains stationary on the worktable during processing, a static marking machine may be considered. Regarding power, lower power settings are suitable for conventional marking and surface marking; higher power configurations should be selected when a certain engraving depth is required or higher processing efficiency is needed.Additionally, verify the workshop’s voltage, ventilation conditions, water-cooling facilities, and available space for equipment placement. If the standard 600×600 mm worktable does not match the workpiece dimensions, please provide the workpiece dimensions and marking requirements so we can offer a custom solution.
Applications
Automatic Laser Marking Machines are suitable for leather cutting and marking, stoneware, decorative items, and acrylic surface engraving, as well as lettering and pattern engraving on handicrafts such as bamboo and wood products. They are also ideal for marking packaging materials such as paper, cardboard boxes, and cigarette packs. The combination of XYZ three-axis dynamic marking, a marking speed of 0–10,000 mm/s, and a 600×600 mm worktable is suitable for processing scenarios involving large batches, continuous patterns, or those requiring specific cycle times and marking precision per piece. It is also suitable for use as a standalone marking station integrated into a production line.
