Operating and Safety Instructions

The equipment uses roller heating for heat transfer; the rollers and heating components reach high temperatures during operation. Protective gloves must be worn during operation and cleaning, and direct contact with the rollers and heating components is strictly prohibited.Before loading, unloading, replacing the felt, or adjusting alignment parameters, the equipment must be shut down, and it must be confirmed that the rollers have come to a complete stop and the temperature is within a safe range.The laser alignment system consists of optical components; do not look directly into the laser emission port during operation. Turn off the laser power supply before performing maintenance. There is a risk of pinching or entanglement with the feed rollers and tensioning mechanism; press the emergency stop button before handling jams, broken belts, or abnormal tension.The equipment has a power rating of 36 kW and a current of 50 A; it must be reliably grounded and wired by a qualified electrician. Keep the lens and guide rails clean on a daily basis, and periodically inspect the magnetic powder tension system, positioning frame, and blanket condition.
