Operating and Safety Instructions
The equipment uses a heat transfer oil drum for heating. The drum, oil lines, and heating components reach high temperatures during operation. Protective gloves must be worn during operation and cleaning; direct contact with the drum and oil lines is strictly prohibited.Before loading, unloading, replacing the felt, or adjusting the web width, the equipment must be shut down and you must confirm that the drum has come to a complete stop and that the temperature is within a safe range. The pneumatic pressurization system involves clamping actions; under no circumstances should you reach between the drum and the pressure rollers during operation. Always relieve pressure before adjusting the air pressure or servicing the air lines.Since the equipment has a power rating of 28 kW / 45 kW, it must be reliably grounded and wired by a qualified electrician; routine inspections should be conducted in accordance with the manual to check the level of heat transfer oil, air line seals, and the condition of the air shaft and felt.
