Equipment Advantages
- Three laser types available: fiber, UV, and CO₂:The same series offers three configurations: the DF-G fiber Laser Marking Machine, the DF-UV UV Laser Marking Machine, and the DF-C CO₂ Laser Marking Machine. Users can select the appropriate model based on workpiece material, marking effect requirements, and surface treatment methods, allowing a single machine to meet a wide range of marking needs.
- Laser Power Options: 20–100 W: Laser power is available in four levels: 20 W, 30 W, 50 W, and 100 W. Higher power results in greater marking depth and processing efficiency; the appropriate configuration can be selected based on marking depth, cycle time requirements, and batch size.
- Air-cooled, no external water cooling required:The entire machine is air-cooled, eliminating the need for a chiller or external water lines. This simplifies workshop layout, operation, and maintenance while avoiding scale buildup in water lines and the associated extra maintenance work.
- Marking speed ≤1000 mm/s:With a marking speed of up to 1000 mm/s, this machine is suitable for small-batch parts and marking tasks with complex graphics, shortening the cycle time per piece while ensuring high-quality marking results.
- Engraving Depth: 0.1–1.0 mm:The engraving depth is adjustable within the range of 0.1–1.0 mm, enabling both shallow marking and surface engraving, as well as meeting requirements for deeper engraving. This makes it suitable for processing workpieces with specific depth requirements.
- Stable Spot Size and Beam Quality:Spot diameters of 7 ± 0.5 mm and 6.5 ± 1 mm,beam quality of less than 1.5 and 1.6, respectively. Combined with frequency ranges of 1–600 kHz and 20–200 kHz, and pulse lengths of 200 ns and 50–100 ns, these parameters allow for flexible adjustment between marking precision and processing efficiency.
- Integrated floor-standing design for convenient operation:The equipment integrates the cabinet, lifting column, work surface, control panel, and display into a single unit. Equipped with adjustable support feet, it has a small footprint and is easy to move and level. It requires a dry, clean, and well-ventilated working environment and can be used in standard workshop conditions.
- Supports Customization for Non-Standard Specifications:In addition to the standard configuration, we can accommodate custom specifications. The configuration can be adjusted based on workpiece dimensions, marking area, and workshop space to seamlessly integrate with existing production processes.
Applicable Industries and Use Cases
This machine is suitable for processing scenarios requiring marking, coding, engraving, and carving on the surfaces of small or flat workpieces. It can be used for crafts such as stoneware, decorative items, acrylic surface carvings, bamboo and wood products, as well as for marking and engraving packaging materials such as paper, cardboard boxes, and cigarette packs.Different laser types are suited for different applications: Fiber lasers (DF-G) are primarily used for marking metals and alloys; UV lasers (DF-UV) are suitable for materials sensitive to heat, such as plastics, glass, and ceramics;CO₂ lasers (DF-C) are suitable for non-metallic materials such as acrylic, wood, leather, paper, and cardboard boxes. When selecting a model, first confirm the workpiece material and the required marking results. Before mass production, it is recommended to perform test marking on actual workpieces to verify marking depth, color contrast, and edge quality.

Note:The above parameters are for reference only for standard configurations; the total system power varies depending on the selected laser power setting;Parameters such as wavelength, frequency range, and pulse duration vary among different laser types (fiber / UV / CO₂). Working dimensions, marking area, laser power, and cabinet configuration may be adjusted based on actual workpieces and customization requirements; final specifications are subject to technical confirmation and the contract for the corresponding model.
Operating and Safety Instructions
Laser marking equipment emits intense laser beams during operation. Under no circumstances should hands or any part of the body be extended into the marking area below the marking head while the equipment is running. Ensure that the machine cover, protective shields, and red emergency stop button are in proper working order, and wear laser safety goggles appropriate for the selected laser wavelength.Ensure in advance that the marking material is compatible with the selected laser type to prevent the generation of harmful gases or equipment damage when processing materials containing chlorine, fluorine, or similar elements. A small amount of smoke and odor may be generated during processing; therefore, maintain a dry, clean, and well-ventilated work environment.Air-cooling ducts and vents must not be obstructed; dust should be removed regularly to prevent power degradation or component damage caused by inadequate heat dissipation. The equipment must be reliably grounded; workshops with significant voltage fluctuations are advised to install a voltage stabilizer. After changing workpieces, fixtures, or marking files, perform a test run on a sample piece to confirm the focal length, power, frequency, and speed parameters before proceeding to mass production; clean the lenses and worktable daily as specified in the manual, and have the optical path maintained by qualified personnel.
Selection Recommendations
When selecting a model, first confirm the workpiece material and marking requirements, as these are the primary factors in choosing the laser type: For metal and alloy parts, prioritize the fiber laser DF-G;materials sensitive to thermal effects, such as plastics, glass, and ceramics, are best suited for the UV laser (DF-UV); non-metallic materials, such as acrylic, wood, leather, paper, and cardboard, are best suited for the CO₂ laser (DF-C).In terms of power, 20W or 30W configurations are suitable for standard shallow marking and surface coding; for applications requiring a certain engraving depth or higher-volume production, consider 50W or 100W configurations. At the same time, verify the maximum dimensions of the workpieces to be marked and the required marking area to ensure that the vertical travel and table space are sufficient; if the table size or marking area of a standard model does not match the workpiece, please provide the workpiece dimensions and marking content so we can offer a custom solution.Additionally, verify the workshop voltage, ventilation conditions, and space available for equipment placement.
