Operating and Safety Instructions

The equipment uses heating plates; the heating surfaces reach high temperatures during operation. Avoid direct contact with heated areas during operation and cleaning. Always verify that the temperature is within a safe range before loading or unloading materials.Before loading, changing materials, or cleaning the drum or blanket, the equipment must be shut down and moving parts must be confirmed to have come to a complete stop. Under no circumstances should hands be inserted into the pressing area while the machine is running. The equipment must be properly grounded, and the power cord must not come into contact with heating components; the ventilation openings on the machine body should be kept unobstructed to prevent component overheating due to poor heat dissipation.On a daily basis, check the heating element wiring, blanket tension, and temperature control display for normal operation as specified in the manual. If you notice unusual noises, abnormal temperatures, or material misalignment, stop the machine immediately for inspection and repair.
