Equipment Advantages
- Automatic Conveyor Feeding:The machine uses an automatic feeding conveyor combined with pressure rollers to feed material continuously into the cutting area, reducing the need for manual loading, unloading, and repositioning of individual pieces. It is ideal for the continuous processing of apparel fabrics, shoe materials, and leather cut pieces.
- Canon Camera Positioning:The machine is equipped with a Canon camera for pattern recognition and positioning prior to cutting. This facilitates contour cutting on materials with printed patterns or textures, reducing the time required for manual tracing and alignment.
- CO₂ Laser Cutting and Engraving:Equipped with a CO₂ laser, the machine can perform both material cutting and surface engraving. Laser power ranges from 80 to 150W, selectable by model, balancing speed and cut quality.
- Water-Cooled System for Extended Continuous Operation:The entire machine utilizes a water-cooling system, with an operating temperature range of 0–45°C and an operating humidity range of 5%–95%, making it suitable for extended continuous cutting operations in a workshop environment.
- Repeatability of ±0.05 mm:Repeatability accuracy reaches ±0.05 mm. Combined with a stepper/servo motor drive system, this helps maintain consistent dimensions for batch-cut pieces and reduces the need for secondary trimming.
- 9 Sizes, with Support for Customization:Working dimensions range from 600 × 400 mm to 1,900 × 1,000 mm, with a total of 9 specifications available; users can select based on cut piece dimensions and nesting patterns; In addition to standard specifications, we also accept custom orders for non-standard sizes to accommodate existing cutting processes and workspace constraints.
- Compatible with a wide range of materials and drawing formats:In addition to apparel fabrics, footwear materials, home textiles, handbags, luggage, automotive seat cushions, leather, and toys, it can also be used for acrylic surface engraving, bamboo and wood products, as well as the processing of paper, cardboard boxes, and cigarette packs;Supports formats such as DWG, DXF, AI, and CDR; files can be transferred via USB cable, flash drive, or network cable.
Applicable Industries and Use Cases
This machine is widely used in the cutting processes of industries such as apparel, footwear materials, home textiles, handbags, luggage, automotive seat cushions, leather, and toys. It can also be used for stonework, decorative items, acrylic surface engraving, as well as the processing of handicrafts such as bamboo and wood products, and materials like paper, cardboard boxes, and cigarette packs. The continuous automatic feeding mechanism is suitable for stable, high-volume cutting scenarios involving repetitive cut-out shapes, such as shoe uppers and insoles, apparel patterns, luggage components, automotive seat cushion cutting, and leather cutting. For materials with printed patterns, camera-based positioning can be used prior to contour cutting. Before mass production, it is recommended to conduct a trial run using the actual material to verify the cut quality, the condition of the melted edges, and the feeding tension.

Operating and Safety Instructions
CO₂ lasers are intense, invisible or barely visible lasers. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to open the machine cover to observe the cutting area. Laser safety goggles rated for the appropriate wavelength must be worn, and it must be confirmed that the machine cover interlock, emergency stop button, and warning signs are in proper working order.During automatic feeding, the conveyor belt and pressure rollers will remain in continuous motion. Operators must not reach into the feed opening or cutting area while the machine is running. When addressing material misalignment, jams, or material splices, press the emergency stop button first and stop the material feed.Smoke, dust, and odors are generated during processing; ensure that the exhaust and filtration systems are functioning properly and that the workshop is well-ventilated. The water-cooling system should be inspected regularly for water temperature, water level, and pipe seals to prevent laser power degradation or component damage caused by insufficient cooling. The equipment must be reliably grounded. For workshops with significant power supply and voltage fluctuations, it is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer. After changing materials or adjusting the feed speed, perform a test cut on a small sample first to verify the focal length, power, speed, and cut quality before proceeding to mass production. After shutdown, clean any residual debris from the conveyor belt and worktable, and perform routine maintenance as specified in the manual.
Selection Recommendations
When selecting a model, first confirm the maximum width and length of individual cut pieces or roll materials; for working dimensions, it is recommended to allow for an appropriate margin based on the largest workpiece. Additionally, verify the material type, thickness, whether the material features a printed pattern, and whether continuous feeding is required to determine the appropriate configuration for camera positioning and the automatic feed conveyor belt. For standard small parts and medium-sized cut pieces, prioritize the DF-PT6040 through DF-PT1490 models; for larger formats or applications requiring the processing of long items, select the DF-PT1610, DF-PT1810, or DF-PT1910.In terms of power, the 80W configuration is suitable for standard thin fabrics and paper products; for thicker materials, multi-layer cutting, and engraving needs, we recommend the 80–150W or 130–150W configurations. If standard specifications do not match your workspace or cut piece dimensions, please provide actual dimensions and material information so we can offer a custom solution. Additionally, please confirm the workshop voltage, ventilation and fume extraction conditions, water-cooling space, and material feed path.
