What are the differences between the standard, high-concentration, and ultra-high-concentration versions of sublimation ink?
The main difference between the three versions lies in ink concentration:
Standard Version: Standard concentration for daily production, offering excellent adaptability;
High-Concentration Version: Higher concentration, using less ink for the same design while producing richer colors;
Ultra-High Concentration Version: The highest concentration, suitable for scenarios requiring intense color saturation or where further reduction in ink consumption per print is desired.
The actual choice depends on the printer’s printhead type, ink consumption per design, and cost requirements. We carry all three specifications and can also send samples for testing first.
Please send us the fabric type, width, production capacity, and design requirements, and our engineers will provide tailored recommendations based on the equipment configuration.
