How to Choose the Width and Thickness of Heat Transfer Film?
The roll width must match the printer: For A3/310mm-format printers, choose a film roll of about 300mm; for 600mm-format models such as the 7070-3, TH0604A, and 8076-3 models, choose 600mm-wide film. Film that is narrower than the printer will waste print area, while film wider than the printer is unnecessary.
Thickness depends primarily on the level of detail in the design and the desired texture; for designs with fine details or a soft feel, thinner film is generally preferred.
Standard widths range from 300 to 1600 mm, with lengths from 100 to 500 m. Width, length, and thickness can all be customized to meet your needs.
