How should consumables be stored? Do they have an expiration date?

Storage recommendations by consumable type:

Paper products (sublimation transfer paper, heat transfer film): Store in a cool, dry place; avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Once opened, use as soon as possible to prevent moisture absorption from affecting transfer quality;
Powder-based materials (hot-melt powder): Store in an airtight, moisture-proof container and avoid high-temperature environments;
Ink: Store at room temperature away from light. Use up as soon as possible after opening; if not in use for an extended period, maintain the printhead according to the instructions.
