What are the differences between cold peel, hot peel, and instant peel heat transfer films?
The main difference between the three methods lies in the timing of peeling the film:
Cold Peel: Wait until the design has completely cooled after heat pressing, then peel off the film. This method is suitable for designs with many details and fine lines, resulting in a more consistent transfer effect;
Hot Peel: Peel off the film while the design is still hot for greater efficiency;
Instant Peel: Peel immediately after heat pressing; this is the most time-efficient method and is suitable for mass production.
Which method to use depends on the type of transfer film and the required level of detail in the design. We offer heat transfer films compatible with all three peeling methods and can also customize them to meet your specific needs.
