How to Choose Between Ultrafine, Fine, Medium-Fine, and Coarse Hot-Melt Powder?
The main difference among the four grades lies in particle size:
Ultra-fine powder: The finest particles, suitable for intricate designs with fine lines and rich detail; the finished product feels softer to the touch;
Fine powder / Medium-fine powder: The two most commonly used grades in daily production, offering a balance between quality and cost;
Coarse powder: The particles are coarser, the cost is relatively lower, and it is suitable for large solid color blocks and designs that do not require high levels of detail.
Hot-melt powder is available in white and black. Packaging options include 1 kg, 5 kg, and 20 kg, and all can be customized to your needs. If you are unsure which one to use, please send us your design so we can confirm the best option together.
