How do you choose the weight of sublimation transfer paper?

The basis weight of transfer paper primarily affects ink absorption and transfer quality:

High basis weight: High ink absorption; the paper is less prone to warping. Suitable for designs with heavy ink coverage and large color blocks; less likely to experience ink bleeding or color bleeding during transfer;
Low basis weight: Lower cost; suitable for standard designs with light ink coverage.

Common weights range from 70 to 100 g/m², with standard widths of 610–1,620 mm and lengths of 100–500 m. Weight, width, and length can all be customized as needed.
