What should the drying temperature be set to for a flour sifter?
Set according to the recommended values for each model:
DF700Pro Powder-Shaking Dryer: Recommended platform heating temperature 75°C, drying temperature 110°C;
DF900L Powder-Shaking Dryer: Lamp tube heating, heating temperature approximately 110°C.
Excessively high temperatures can cause oil or moisture to seep back, while excessively low temperatures result in insufficient curing of the hot-melt powder and poor adhesion during hot stamping. In actual production, fine-tune the settings based on film thickness and material feed speed; it is recommended to run test samples first to determine the optimal parameters.
