What products is the extra-wide 3,300 mm model designed for?

The ZS-BF is an ultra-wide 3,300 mm model equipped with a double-layer roller structure. The machine weighs 3,200–4,800 kg and operates at a speed of 120–280 m/h. It is primarily designed for continuous production of full-width fabrics such as home textiles, bedding, and wide decorative fabrics.

If your products are garment cut pieces, woven ribbons, or small items that do not require a 3,300 mm width, a wider machine will actually take up more space and consume more energy. When selecting a model, first consider your standard fabric width and then add a small margin—that should be sufficient.
