Can a digital rotary press perform hot stamping?

The ZS-BA Sublimation Roller Digital Printing Machine (Hot Stamping Machine) supports both hot stamping and heat transfer processes: web width 1300–2000 mm, with optional drum sizes of 420 mm, 610 mm, and 800 mm, line speed 120–620 m/h, power 28–68 kW.

A single machine covers both processes, making it ideal for factories that handle both dye-sublimation transfer and hot stamping orders. The hot stamping result depends heavily on the foil material, temperature, and pressure; we recommend bringing your own foil and fabric for a sample run to confirm the results.
