How long does it take for the machine to heat up? Does the temperature remain stable during production?
Models with heat-transfer oil drum heating, such as the ZS-BA1, can reach 200°C in approximately 45 minutes. The machine is equipped with an automatic alarm system that displays the temperature in real time; it will automatically trigger an alarm if the temperature exceeds the set limit, preventing color variations or incomplete heat transfer caused by temperature fluctuations.
During continuous production, the drum’s heat storage capacity determines whether the line speed can remain stable. Therefore, before full-scale mass production begins, we will first help you run a series of tests to determine the optimal matching parameters for temperature, pressure, and speed, establish standard operating parameters, and then provide these to the operators for execution.
Please send us the fabric type, width, production capacity, and design requirements, and our engineers will provide tailored recommendations based on the equipment configuration.
