What are the consumables used in heat transfer printing? Do the blankets need to be replaced frequently?

The main consumables for heat transfer printing are transfer paper and transfer belts (felt belts). Transfer paper is single-use and printed with sublimation ink; transfer belts are replacement parts that need to be changed periodically. The ZS-BA1 uses felt belts made from DuPont raw materials from the U.S., with a thickness of 10 mm, which ensures relatively stable transfer results.

The replacement cycle for the transfer blanket is directly related to daily output, temperature settings, and routine maintenance; there is a significant difference between economical and wasteful usage. We will provide recommended inspection and replacement intervals based on your production volume to avoid waiting until problems arise before replacing it.
