What is the purpose of fabric inspection under a light? Is it worth adding?
Light-assisted fabric inspection builds upon standard fabric inspection by adding a backlight or light-transmitting device. By illuminating the fabric from behind, irregularities in thickness, weaving defects, hidden stripes, and minute holes become easily visible.
Standard tabletop fabric inspection is prone to missing defects in dark-colored fabrics and small imperfections. For factories producing mid- to high-end fabrics, fulfilling export orders, or with high quality standards, we recommend selecting a model equipped with lighting.
