Can a dye-sublimation printer be used with a rotary printer or a heat press?

A sublimation printer prints the design onto transfer paper, which is then used in a roller transfer machine for continuous fabric transfer, or in a flatbed heat press for heat-pressing small items such as cut pieces, zippers, and shoe materials.
