How do you choose between fiber, UV, and CO₂ lasers?
Fiber lasers are suitable for metal materials (stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and plated surfaces) as well as certain hard plastics. They produce clear, light- or dark-colored marks that are durable and won’t peel off. UV lasers use cold light processing, resulting in minimal heat affect, making them suitable for heat-sensitive materials such as plastics, glass, films, and electronic components. CO₂ lasers are suitable for non-metals: wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, and paper products.
Our manual loading and unloading marking machines are available in three configurations: DF-G (fiber), DF-UV (UV), and DF-C (CO₂). Simply send us the material to be marked and the content, and we will match it directly with the appropriate laser type.
Please send us the fabric type, width, production capacity, and design requirements, and our engineers will provide tailored recommendations based on the equipment configuration.
