What is a roller-bed die-cutting machine used for?

The FC7090U rolling table die-cutting machine is designed for contour cutting and half-cut or full-cut die-cutting of roll materials: it excels at processing materials such as crystal labels, heat-transfer graphics, dry adhesives, magnetic stickers, and self-adhesive labels. With a cutting area of 600 × 900 mm and support for automatic segmented material feeding, it is ideal for processing long-format and roll materials.

Equipped with servo motors and imported linear guides, it uses a camera for positioning, real-time tracking, and automatic contour extraction, eliminating the need for a specialized operator during edge-following cutting. Cutting speed: 1–800 mm/s; cutting thickness: ≤1.2 mm; mechanical resolution: 0.05 mm. It is particularly commonly used for contour cutting of crystal labels.
