After setting the parameters on the PLC touchscreen, the operator presses the foot switch. The machine then automatically embeds the rhinestones into the design using a high-precision lifting lead screw and stepper motor drive. The operator’s only tasks are applying the design and collecting the finished products.

Operators can handle multiple heat-transfer designs simultaneously, with a drilling speed of 7–12 designs per minute—several times more efficient than manual labor.
